(1)  The content of submitted listings MUST be in relation to the categories listed and be in the Toledo, Ohio area.  Surfers come to Toledoxxx.com looking for Adult Related Businesses.

(2) Any listing can be deemed inappropriate for the site at the discretion of the management of Toledoxxx.com.

(3) No illegal listings containing copyright destruction, violence, fraud, child pornography, racism, vulgarity or warez.

(4) No listing shall contain product or service pricing or any hints to the pricing (i.e. 300 roses or kisses).

(5) You acknowledge that ToledoXXX is just a listing service and in no way endorses your listing.

(6) In order to submit a listing, the submitter must be a registered member of the site with a valid email address.

FREE LISTING:

A free listing can contain the following information:

(1)   Title of Listing (MANDATORY)

(2)   Address (optional)

(3)   City (MANDATORY – must be the Greater Toledo, Ohio area)

(4)   State (MANDATORY)

(5)   ZIP Code

(6)   Contact Person (Optional)

(7)   Meta Keywords (For Search engine purposes)

(8)   Meta Description (For Search Engine purposes)

(9)   FREE LISTRINGS CAN SUBMIT TO ONE CATEGORY ONLY.

(10) You must provide a reciprocal link.

PAID LISTING

Paid listings do not require a reciprocal link.  There is a monthly fee for certain fields to be included in the listing and they are as follows:

(1)    Phone Number ($3.95 per month)

(2)    Email address ($3.95 per month)

(3)    Website Address ($3.95 per month)

(4)    Description Field ($3.95 per month)

(5)    Picture or Logo ($9.95 per month)

(6)    Additional Categories ($4.95 per month each)

(7)    Note: All fees are billed at the discretion of the management of Toledoxxx.com in either 6, 9 or 12 month periods.
